ASAAS is developing the first mixed-use development in the Ministries District comprising of a 3 star hotel and a shopping centre in addition to the new headquarter of Royal Academy of Management.

The Project is considered a model for Public Private Partnership (PPP), where ASAAS is partnering with the public sector to fulfill their objectives, while achieving good commercial returns for its investors.

Revitalization of the Institute of Public Administration into a world-class training facility, augmented by developing a premium 3 Star hotel and lifestyle retail complex.

With direct access to the main road and surrounded by the Ministries area, A’Raya is ne of the most prominent locations in Muscat. ASAAS undertook the redevelopment cost of the Institute in exchange for the right to develop the remaining 26,000 sq. m land for commercial use.

It is the pioneer in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in Oman, ingeniously designed to maximize the gains of the private sector whilst removing the need for government funding for public premises.

Deutsche Hospitality, a reputable German hotel company under the InterCity brand, operates the hotel.
